STAGING SERVICES
WALK & TALK
The Walk & Talk provides a one-on-one walkthrough with the Homeowner or Realtor. Together, the Stager and Homeowner or Realtor will assess the entire home, room by room, interior and exterior. This consultation provides the client with detailed, verbal recommendations and DIY notes for the homeowner or Realtor on how to prepare the home for sale.
FULL-SERVICE CONSULTATION
The Full-Service Consultation provides a walk-through by the Stager. The Stager will do a full assessment of the home, room by room, interior and exterior while taking notes and photos. A detailed written report will be prepared and delivered as an in-home presentation. The presentation will include room recommendations and suggestions plus a task list for the Homeowner or Realtor to carry out.
HANDS ON STAGING
Hands on Staging provides a full assessment of the home by the Stager; room by room, interior and exterior while taking notes and photos. A staging plan will be formulated and the Stager will deliver the plan as an in-home presentation. The staging plan will be implemented by the Stager. The Stager may recommend preliminary tasks outside of the scope of staging to the homeowner to make staging day more productive. Paint consultation is included in this service.
VACANT PROPERTIES
Staging services are available for vacant properties. Your staging investment for furnishing and accessorizing your vacant property will be determined by the scope of each project and based on the homeowner’s budget. A complimentary proposal for rented furniture and accessories will be provided upon request.

Personal shopping services are available to acquire accessories and elements needed to “refresh” your home and complete the staging project.
PAINT COLOR CONSULTATION
Assistance in choosing the right paint colors to create your desired mood decor or to maximize buyer appeal.

Assistance in space planning and arrangement of both new and existing furniture and accessories.
